From my first meeting with Dan and Edward I felt reassured. The guys are friendly, approachable, very organized in all aspects, tidy, professional and positive in their outlook. Communication between us from the outset was first class. Their work ethic was tireless and never wavered during some very hot days whilst completing the groundwork. They were extremely organised in arranging timings for all sub-contractors (who were equally as friendly and professional), ensuring there were no days that work could not be carried out. They both have an eye for detail and would suggest small changes to the original design, which I fully appreciated. They have completed the work to a very high standard. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending the guys to anyone who is looking to have work completed, either small or large they are the guys to do it.

We had plans drawn up for a new extension but we needed to find a builder. One of our neighbours had recently had an extension so we asked her about her experience with her builders. She had used Broadacre and was very happy with their work and when we looked at what she had done, we could see why.
So, our journey with Broadacre began. After discussions we had a full programme telling us what would be happening and when. We also had a schedule for payments. Everything was crystal clear from the beginning and everything went to plan. So rare in the building trade!

We knew our renovation wasn’t going to be completely straightforward, so it was very important we had confidence in the company we chose to undertake the work. Our Broadacre Project has completely changed the way we live. Our family room and kitchen were cold, dark and falling apart. Now we have an open, light filled space that takes our breath away every time we walk in. We also have a utility, downstairs loo and mini cloakroom which means our house works so much better. We knew our house dreams were ambitious; Broadacre absolutely delivered more than we could have hoped for. Thank you so much!
