Rear Extension

We transformed this 1930’s period property in the seaside town of Felixstowe. Works included a single storey extension to the rear of the property, structural alterations and reconfiguration of the existing internal space. We added a downstairs shower room, utility, kitchen and snug. The client was keen to keep original features of the property. We matched the external brickwork for the extension with the existing and finished the façade in traditional sand & cement render.
