Two Storey Extension

Situated in a quiet rural village, we carried out extensive remodelling of this red brick cottage. We more than doubled the footprint of the existing property by adding a two-storey extension to side, accompanied by a single storey extension to the rear. The brief for the works was to ensure that the extensions were in keeping with the existing property. We achieved this by carefully sourcing brickwork to match and ensuring existing features were mirrored in the new works. Works included new kitchen, utility, cloakroom, bathroom, master bedroom and ensuite.
